Japanese Wackiness
I've had a theory for a while that most Japanese festivals involve carrying something heavy. This is no exception. However, the "something" is a bit more unusual. It's NOT SAFE FOR WORK.

Only in Japan! Can you imagine even the thought of this type of festival being allowed here? The American Taliban would shit their pants!
