1 ton of potatoes
I was at the commissary today (military grocery store) and my cashier wondered how I wound up at $550! She'd goofed ringing up my 5 lb bag of potatoes and miskeyed it, giving me 474 bags of potatoes (or well over 1 ton!).

I think I would have fainted! Now, how would you get that ton of potatoes home in the BMW. And where would you have put them? I'm sure they would not be comfortable to sleep on!
And what was the surcharge for????
