This story about a man and his GMC Acadia (and GM's handling of the problems) is just astounding.

Agreed that GM missed an opportunity to put on its white hat here. One thing that is inexcusable is the fact that the recall on the air bags hadn't been taken care of before he got the car. I agree with the article's author: buy cars from a dealer close to home. You have more leverage in case of any problems.
