Killing the goose laying the golden egg
There is no doubt that IT and related fields are one of the big economic drivers here in California. But, the Legislature is going to try and kill the golden goose by eliminating overtime with a bill that eliminates overtime pay for IT people.

That certainly is some bill. Almost makes you slave labor if you work overtime.
