GM builds crappy cars

You'd think that if you were building a $75,000 sports car, a car that's the marquee nameplate for your whole company, you'd bother with just a LITTLE bit of quality control. But, since it's GM, you'd be wrong. Apparently, the C6 Corvette (2005/2006) has an issue with the ROOF FLYING OFF. Story here, down near the bottom.
