Please make it stop
Hubie Brown, the color commentator for the NBA Finals needs to have his voice box removed. By chainsaw. Or wood chipper. Or outboard motor.
"Both teams are having problems at the line. Pistons are 4-8, Spurs are 4-6". Ok, the Spurs are doin 67% on 6 shots. How is that a problem?
Al Micheals could call a cricket match and make it worth watching, though.
added at the end of the 3rd quarter:
Ok, I love the Pistons and all, but if Hubie is going to be the color man for the rest of the series, I'm going to turn on SAP and listen to the friggin games en Espanol.

Dad has often thought Hubie Brown's mouth ought to be taped shut. He babbles on and on. And since I'm only the average fan with average knowledge and no aspirations to coaching in the NBA, I find his "comments" totally distracting. I really don't care if it's called an XYZ or an ABC, just tell me that X passed to Y and he made the basket! Think I'll write a comment to ABC Sports.
I did post a complaint to ABC Sports on Hubie. There is no excuse for blabbing non-stop. This is television for heaven's sake. We can SEE the action we don't need it described in painstaking minute trival detail that is over analyzed.
